Director of Marketing for Laura’s Original Boston Brownies, Inc, DBA Bhu Foods, in San Diego

Duties to Perform:
Direct omni-channel marketing for food production/distribution company. Develop marketing
strategies for grocery, natural and conventional channels. Coordinate specialty marketing and
distribution activities for shelf-stable and dairy food products with a focus on the protein bar
business. Create a powerful brand identity and build brand awareness using digital marketing
and social media. Oversee web development, manage search engine optimization (SEO), and
utilize Wishpond marketing tools to create campaigns, landing pages, contests and email
marketing. Prepare marketing materials for trade shows including booth design, promotions,
and presentations. Evaluate financial performance of products and develop budgets, pricing
strategies, and projections consistent with marketing objectives.


Bachelor’s degree in business administration (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 24 months of
experience as marketing manager. The 24 months of required experience as marketing
manager must include omni-channel marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing,
and web development in the food production/distribution industry.
