All Bhu Food orders are shipped ground from our bakery in San Diego. Please allow 1-4 Business Days for Processing and an additional 2-3 Business Days for Shipping.
Orders ship within the U.S.A. only.
COLD PACK POLICY
To ensure the best quality of our products, they should be kept below 75 degrees. If you believe that the destination temperature will be above 75 degrees we would advise you to add our Cold Pack Service to your order.

Due to the varying national temperatures and the unpredictable shipping conditions, Bhu Foods cannot be responsible for melted products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BhuFIT order. Please contact us at any time if you don’t like your purchase for any reason via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds may be initiated within 60 days of purchase date, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase, a clear photograph of any discrepancy, and/or the physical product itself. Please do not discard any product that you wish to return/exchange. Bhu Foods will cover the cost of return shipping.
Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank, and check/money order refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
